Terms of service

1. Service provider identification

The provider of the services available for purchase on https://centraldetramites.es is Central de Trámites, trading as Central de Trámites. Full identification details (tax ID and registered address) appear in the Legal notice . For queries relating to your contract: hola@centraldetramites.es .

2. Subject matter of the contract

These terms govern the contracting of document management and administrative filing services offered through https://centraldetramites.es. By completing a form and making payment, you fully accept these conditions.

3. Nature of the service and fees

The price shown on each service page corresponds to the professional management fees of Central de Trámites for the intermediary filing requested.

That amount does not include, unless expressly stated otherwise, the taxes, duties or public prices required by official bodies. These will be disclosed transparently before you confirm the contract when they apply.

4. Contracting process

1. Selection of the procedure and completion of the online form.
2. Secure payment via Stripe for the management amount indicated.
3. Review of the documentation and filing with the competent body, where applicable.
4. Delivery of the result to the email provided or according to the agreed method.

5. Immediate start of the service and withdrawal

By contracting, you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately after payment confirmation, without waiting for the 14-day withdrawal period provided for distance contracts.

In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), and consumer legislation in force in 2026, you accept and acknowledge that you waive the right of withdrawal once the procedure has been filed with the competent public body, given that the management service requested will have begun to be performed with your prior and informed consent.

If the application has not yet been filed with the official body, you may contact us at hola@centraldetramites.es to assess a cancellation in accordance with applicable law and the actual status of the management.

6. User obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date data in the form.
• Supply any additional documentation reasonably required for the filing.
• Review the information before payment, including the price and the private nature of the service.

We are not liable for delays or refusals arising from incorrect data, incomplete documentation or causes attributable to the user or to the administration.

7. Management guarantee

If the official body rejects the application due to an error attributable to our filing, we undertake to retry the management at no additional cost or to refund 100% of the management fees paid, as indicated on the service page.

8. Limitation of liability

The information published on the site is for guidance only. Final decisions rest exclusively with the competent authorities. Our liability is limited to the scope of the professional management contracted and to the amount of the fees paid, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy .

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer’s domicile or any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms shall have jurisdiction.
